Valvoline Max Life Atf. This is a synthetic formulated transmission fluid that has undergone extensive testing to ensure that it is compatible with a wide range of vehicles. I used valvoline maxlife atf from walmart in my 2003 sl and it has worked fine for 5 years.

Can be used in some hand shifted transmissions. What good is history, if you never change. I think this stuff is the best, use it in all my vehicles

I just had my transmission serviced (exchange) and the shop put in valvoline maxlife atf, which says dex/merc on the bottle. And what good is change, if it doesn't make you better. I believe that is a 722.6. Valvoline is official claim it is recommended for.
