According to the guiness book of world records, the oldest rabbit in the world lived to the age of 18. Generally, rabbits have a rabbit life cycle span of 6 years but if you can take really good care of the rabbits and if they are nurtured at the right time they can live up to the age of 10 years. The life expectancy of wild rabbits is low because they are commonly prey animals. No species is known to hibernate.
